Refunds and return policy
If you have made a purchase through www.feucandleco.com and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. In the event that you receive a broken product, please email us at feucandleco@helpdesk.com and include a photograph of the damage prior to safely disposing of the candle. This will allow us to process your refund more efficiently.
Please be advised that at Feu Candle Co., we do not provide coverage for the cost of return shipping or services. Following our receipt of the returned product, please allow for a processing time of 7-14 business days for funds to appear in your account. It is important to note that all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
